All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or UK public holidays.

• Standard Shipping (Royal Mail 2nd Class): 3–5 business days

Shipping Costs:

• Standard Shipping: £3.50

 

Shipping Restrictions:

We currently only ship within the United Kingdom.

 

Lost or Damaged Items:

If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at cute_jeans@outlook.com within 7 days of delivery. We’ll resolve it with a replacement or refund.
